The living room and kitchen

One open room: a full kitchen with a wooden island, the long oak table, and a sofa under the mezzanine. The doors open straight onto the terrace, so meals tend to drift outside.

The mezzanine bedroom

Up under the round window: a 160 × 200 cm double bed, a reading chair and a dedicated workspace. The sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more.

The two bathrooms

Two bathrooms, one tiled deep blue with a round mirror — room for everyone to get ready at once.

The terrace and the pool

A large covered terrace with a round rattan table and loungers, and steps down to the private pool. Evenings end with the sun going down behind the Estérel.

Arrival and parking

The street ends at the house. Down through the pines to the sea and the Golfe-Juan station; the parking on the property has an EV charger.
